Designed with trauma-informed care at its core, Gentle Yoga offers:

🌬️ Breathwork to foster safety and inner calm
🪑 Optional use of props and chairs for support and accessibility
💫 A nonjudgmental environment that honors choice, agency, and rest

Whether you're healing from physical strain, emotional wounds, or simply seeking a quiet place to reconnect, this practice meets you with compassion. There are no expectations—just gentle guidance, grounding presence, and space to feel.
