Kerala – God’s Own Country – known for its natural beauty, rich culture, 100% literacy, and world-class cinema, music, and literature. Fifty years ago, a few visionary pioneers sought to spread the essence of Kerala in Detroit, leading to the creation of the Kerala Club of Detroit, the first Indian non-profit organization in Michigan.
