Bend & Booch

Join us for a playful and energizing experience that blends movement and fermentation! We’ll begin with a core-focused yoga flow designed to ignite your center, build strength, and refresh your body and mind. After class, we’ll shift gears into a hands-on kombucha-making workshop. You’ll learn the basics of home brewing, receive your own SCOBY and starter liquid, and craft a custom-flavored bottle of booch to take home.

Whether you’re new to kombucha or a seasoned yogi, this workshop is a fun and flavorful way to connect, move, and create something nourishing from the inside out.

What’s included:
• 45-minute core flow yoga class
• Kombucha brewing instruction
• 1 SCOBY + starter liquid
• 1 custom-flavored bottle of kombucha to take home
