Your Story: Let's Make History!

We want to hear from you! Our first oral history night was such a success it left us all wanting more! Come along and share your stories of coming out, finding love, struggles and protests, and memories of queer life through the years! We have lots of topics to follow up and go deeper into after our first oral history night, and the sad closure of the Cliff has given us even more to talk about.

We will record these stories on the night to preserve a vital archive of our community for the future. If you do not wish to be recorded you are still welcome to participate in the group discussion or simply listen along, there's no pressure!

Tea and snacks will be provided and feel free to bring your own to share with the group!

You can access the Lecture Theatre using the side doors located between the Beecroft Art Gallery and Southend Central Museum. Free attendance to all LGBT-friendly folk!
