Womens Mindfulness Beach Session - 'Let Them' - Letting Annoyances Go

An exciting new outdoors workshop exploring using the words 'Let Them' to free us from upset and annoyance from others.

When people hurt us or do not behave how we wish, it can tear us down and cause tremendous frustration. Some leading motivational speakers such as Mel Robbins and Brene Brown have delved into how to use the words 'Let Them' to take the control back and move on from difficult behavours from others.

Come along to this session to find out how we can use the power of mindfulness and words to empower ourselves to a more peaceful existence.

Feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. Its a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.

I will bring cake and fruit!

This session is £18 for 1 hour 50 minutes of relaxation and will include 5 mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of our beautiful bodies.

Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park and you can park in the car park for free up to 9pm.
