Womens Sunset Mindfulness Beach Session - 'Learning from the Moon'

‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊

This session is designed to use the Moon to explore the processes of change and what role the Moon plays in our life.
This session is science based where we will look at what we have in common with the natural world.

This shorter session is just £10 and lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of a beautiful sunset.

Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
