Experience the transformative Nadabrahma meditation, followed by an immersive soundjourney featuring a blend of gongs, singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. Originally adapted by Osho from an ancient Tibetan practice, Nadabrahma is a 60-minute meditation composed of three stages—humming, hand movements, and silent stillness—typically set to music by Deuter to guide the process.
In this workshop, we’ll focus on the first two stages, practiced over approximately 30 minutes, to gently prepare the body and mind for a profound sound journey.
This session is designed to support inner stillness, quiet the mental chatter, and deepen your connection with the Self through sound and meditative presence. Theta (Gong) waves reduce blood pressure, relieve stress and stimulate the immune system.
A Soundbath, Sound Meditation or Sound journey is a sensory audio experience that is hard to describe in words. The sense of calm can be likened to many years of accumulated meditation practice - all at once entering your being – this feeling can remain with you for days into weeks in some instances.
To participate could not be easier. It takes very little effort on the part of the receiver. All that is required of the participant is for them to show up and either lie down (most cases) or for some; sit in a meditation posture or even a chair. A series of dissonant sounds from German made healing gongs and other instruments, including precious metal Himalayan Singing Bowls, take you on a journey unlike any other. Each experience is unique and there is no previous experience required.
