Superhero Yoga Workshop

Get ready for a fun-filled, heart-opening adventure at The Yoga Factory! Led by Nina and Sam, both experienced in early years education and children’s yoga. This playful Superhero Yoga Workshop invites primary school-aged children to stretch, move, and imagine their way into superhero mode. With empowering yoga, creative mandala-making, joyful music, and soothing relaxation, it’s a beautiful blend of energy and calm. Whether flying through poses or finding stillness in sound, your little ones will leave feeling strong, connected, and inspired. Plus, grown-ups can chill out downstairs in NOM Café while the kids explore their inner power!

What’s in store:
Superhero Yoga Class – Fly, stretch and breathe through playful yoga poses inspired by your favourite heroes. Build strength, confidence and focus.

Creative Mandala Workshop – Create nature-based mandalas using leaves, shells, stones and twigs. Explore mindfulness, beauty and connection.

Singing & Sound Journey – Chant, sing and play instruments to express, release and relax.

Superhero Relaxation – A calming finish to feel grounded, peaceful and strong—just like a superhero ready to take on the world!

✨ While your little heroes are adventuring, parents and carers can unwind in our cosy NOM Café next door, serving nourishing vegan & veggie drinks and snacks.
