From Self-Doubt to Self-Trust - Workshop for Women

Welcome to the From Self-Doubt to Self-Trust workshop - a 90-minute space for women who are tired of saying yes to everyone except themselves.

This is for you if:

• You get a knot in your stomach when you think about saying no
• You replay conversations on loop, wondering if you upset someone
• You say yes when you mean no - then resent it later
• You've lost touch with what YOU actually want

In this workshop, you'll:

• Understand why your body panics when you try to say no (hint: it's not weakness - it's your nervous system)
• Learn practical tools to set boundaries without the guilt spiral
• Discover how to trust yourself again
• Connect with other women who get it in a supportive, judgment-free space

This isn't a lecture - it's interactive, real, and led by someone who's been there.

About your facilitator: I'm Alicia Frimley, a therapist with 8+ years experience supporting women to move from burnout and people-pleasing to clarity and confidence. I've walked this path myself - I know what it's like to override your needs until your body forces you to stop. This workshop comes from lived experience as well as clinical expertise.

Why £10? This is my first pilot workshop as I launch a new series focused on self-worth and confidence. I'm keeping the price accessible while I gather feedback to shape what comes next - so you get founding member pricing AND the chance to influence future topics.
