Arm Balances + Inversions

This introductory workshop is perfect for anyone who’s ever been curious about arm balances and inversions, you don’t need to be able to do them already. Shannon will guide you safely through foundational poses including Crow Pose, figure 8 pose and Headstand. Expect a fun, fiery, and educational session:

- A dynamic warm-up sequence to prep wrists, shoulders, and core
- Step-by-step instructions to build confidence and alignment
- Assistance and modifications so you can explore at your own level
- Practical tips to take home and continue your practice
