Discover Yoga: A Beginner’s Taster Workshop

Curious about yoga but unsure where to begin? This gentle taster session is specially designed for absolute beginners who want to explore yoga in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Led by a compassionate and highly experienced yoga teacher with over 16 years of teaching experience, you’ll be guided through:

- Foundational yoga postures (asanas)
- Breath awareness techniques
- Relaxation and meditation

No pressure, no pretzel poses, just a chance to connect with your body, calm your mind, and build confidence to continue your yoga journey. Whether you're completely new or returning after a break, you’ll feel right at home.
