About the event

SPRING YOUNG ADULTS RETREAT 2025

REMINDER! 11 days till our Spring Young Adults Retreat (May 23rd-25th full program available for people age 17-39) and Speaker Event open to All Ages (May 24th).

Along with our host speaker, Fr. John Downie, we have two special guest speakers on Zoom: Fr. Menas Thomas, the superior of St. Paul Monastery, MI, on Friday, May 23rd, and Fr. Turbo Qualls on Saturday, May 24th.

Fr. Menas has been a disciple of Geronta Ephrem of Arizona for 30 years. We had him for our Philocalic Nights in 2023. This time, Fr. Menas will talk on On Quest for Divine Love and answer questions for one hour.

Fr. Turbo Quall, the Parish Priest of St. Xenia Serbian church in Kansas City, father of 7 beautiful children, a convert, and ex-tattoo artist. We had fr. Turbo in person for our YAR in 2024.
