Urban Flock - opening & light up event / Bank Hol Monday 26.5.25 / Bitterne Station

You are invited to the opening and light up of our colourful installation along the border of the community garden! Jez Franck and Nicola Beck are co-creating an artwork with the community to celebrate the garden at the station and the start of Urban Wild Festival.

‘Urban Flock’ celebrates our Urban birdlife, our little pockets of green where they flourish, and highlights the role of creativity in reclaiming and repurposing discarded materials to make urban spaces vibrant and inviting.

Join us for entertainment, light refreshments and a light up at sunset! This event is free.
