RIPE LIVE: Papaya Salad & Lucas Console-Verma

RIPE LIVE: Papaya Salad will feature a showcase of new works by local and emerging artists in the Alfred Arcade and a solo show by RIPE Pears Alumni; Lucas Console-Verma in the windows of the Hidden Wardrobe.

On the night we will hear from the artists about the inspirations behind their work as well as live music and drinks at the Alfred Arcade and the Alfred Arms.

The project will provide an opportunity for a group of emerging artists to exhibit a recent body of work in a new space, the Alfred Arcade. The artists will meet, exhibit and engage in critical debate; forming networks and friendships that will help them sustain a fruitful visual arts practice here in Southampton.
