Managing difficult HR issues – Training

This is a case study based session around difficult issues such as long term absence whether for physical or mental ill health, performance concerns connected with ill health or other issues and finally work place disputes. The topics covered range across all areas of employment law and will show the complex matrix of interplaying issues that needs to be assessed and implemented. It will also be an opportunity to share best practice and contribute in a practical way to the session.

This session is aimed at HR Managers and those involved in managing complex employment relations issues.
