Connected Conference - Southampton

A FREE face-to-face event that aims to bring affiliates together to share and network their challenges and successes.

This conference has been built upon the feedback shared by boating clubs with the RYA. As a result, our focus for the day relates to the key challenges faced when recruiting, managing and retaining your volunteers and wider workforce. As well as the growing pressure and burden of regulations that impact your organisation.
