Family Friendly Coastal Wildlife Walk

Come explore the fantastic South Tyneside coastline this summer and discover its incredible wildlife! 🐦🌿

Along the way, we’ll use “I Have Spotted” sheets to tick off wildlife sightings and follow our nesting bird treasure map to learn which bird lays which egg — a fun and interactive experience for all ages.

Maximum distance: 2km — subject to group preference and weather conditions.Please note: the route includes elevation changes as we descend to and ascend from the bay, including steps and walking along the shingle beach.

Open to all!Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please book spaces for both adults and children.

Binoculars and coastal explorer sheets will be provided on the day!
