Shoden Usui Reiki Level One

Shoden" directly translates to "first teachings" in Japanese. This is the beginner level one of Reiki training, where students learn the core principles and hand positions for self-healing.
During a Shoden Reiki course, students receive attunements (energy transmissions) from their teacher to activate their ability to channel Reiki energy.
