Ariel Yoga & Sound Bath (Age 10+)

We are going back to one of favourite spots to help us take some time for ourselves this Summer. So join us and your fellow young carers as we try out aerial yoga where we'll be taught some amazing yoga moves and stretches in a suspended aerial setting. To finish of the session we will enjoy a sound bath experience. Please wear suitable sports clothing and bring along a drink as we will be getting sweaty. Transport is not included for the event however if you are trouble to get to the venue, please let us know and we advise you the best way to get there. Please note parents/guardians will be required to drop off and collect children from the venue.
