MTC SWIM SQUAD
Start your week strong with our Monday Swim Squad!
Join a supportive group of swimmers for a coached session focused on building fitness, improving technique, and boosting confidence in the water. Whether you're training for a triathlon or just want a solid workout, there's something for everyone.
Distance up to 2200m dependent on level.
What to Bring:
Goggles
Swim cap
Water bottle
Fins & pull buoy
Cost:
$5 pool entry
+$5 for non or social members
All levels welcome – come along, meet your squad, and make a splash
