FREE NextGEN Lifesaving Program

Our NextGEN lifesaving program is a fun & engaging aquatic program allowing kids to participate in a range of activities to learn CPR, how to rescue others in an aquatic environment as well as ways to keep themselves safe if they get in to trouble in or around water. Participants will also experience skills used by Lifeguards as well as the sport of Pool Lifesaving towing manikins, trying to rescue submerged manikins & swimming under obstacles to name a few.

The sessions are run by Peter, who is a world champion in pool lifesaving, holds multiple State & National titles with Surf Lifesaving & Royal Lifesaving as well as trainer for Surf Lifesaving.

Whilst this is not a swimming lesson, participants do need to be able to swim 10m unassisted in water 1.2m deep.

This event runs over 3 days from Monday 30/6. Participants are encouraged to attend all 3 days but can attend 1 or 2 days if that's all they are available. Best suited for 8-18 year olds who are sure to have a fantastic time!
