Taste of Gold

It's the can't-miss event of Tahoe's summer season! Join us as we gather under the pines to enjoy light bites and libations as we raise funds to support student success at Lake Tahoe Community College.

Taste of Gold, the LTCC Foundation's annual fundraiser in support of students and academic programs, takes place on Saturday, August 9, from 6 to 8 pm. Enjoy an evening on our beautiful alpine mountain campus, with award-winning California wines, local craft beers, and a generous sampling of tasty treats from Lake Tahoe-area restaurants and eateries.

Proceeds from this event directly benefit students by supporting programs including the Lake Tahoe College Promise, a program offering Lake Tahoe locals free tuition to first-time, full-time students for up to three years, as well as Student Success Grants. These programs support bright, hard-working students who can reach their full potential with your support.

Taste of Gold's 2024 location will blend the quiet comfort of shady pine trees and the sweet summer sun on the community playing fields, adjacent to LTCC's campus.
