Intensive Spanish Summer Institute

Join us at Lake Tahoe Community College for the Intensive Spanish Summer Institute (ISSI), a one-week Spanish immersion program for anyone interested in learning Spanish, from high school age and up.

Recognized by the California Community College Board of Governors as an outstanding community college program, ISSI is an educational experience that submerses you in the Spanish culture that you will not want to miss. ISSI offers 16 levels of language instruction and various cultural sessions taught by native Spanish speakers. Classes cover grammar, cooking, history, dance, travel, conversation, and literature. Perfect for career, college, or lifelong learning, this affordable program is both educational and fun.
