Reiki Happy Hour

Once a month, treat yourself to a pause from the rush of daily life. This small-group Reiki experience (limited to 8 participants — registration required) invites you to arrive early, gather blankets, props, and a mat, and create your own warm, supportive “nest.”

As you rest, you’ll receive gentle Reiki — either hands-on or hands-off, based on your comfort — to help release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling light, calm, and renewed.
