OPEN MIC + OPEN JAM at VENTspace

💙OPEN MIC night returns to VENTspace on the 3rd of July 2025 - this time combined with an OPEN JAM! 💙

The LIGHTS will be just right...💡
The SPEAKERS will be tuned tight...🎛
The MICs will be open all night! 🎤

Grab a DRINK from the bar and enjoy the sounds of local legends and first timers alike. 🍻🍷🍾🍹

Hosted by @dink.demos, the OPEN MIC will run from 5pm to ~7:30pm, followed by an OPEN JAM session led by @cecilia_caleandro & @remiforcet til ~11pm.

Whether you're a seasoned instrumentalist, an emerging singer/songwriter, or just an artist looking for a stage to perform - all are welcome to come along and participate (or just watch 👀) this FREE ENTRY event.

If you'd like to perform a set (up to three songs per act) in the OPEN MIC, please sign up via www.ventspace.com.au/openmic .📝 Feel free to bring along your instruments and we'll get you set up, or use the communal instruments on hand. 🎸

No sign up required for the OPEN JAM, the 'house band' will be happy to share the keyboard, drumkit, microphones and guitars with any eager souls. 🥁

- Any and all types of music performances are welcome!
- Up to 3x songs per slot (~12 mins)
- A keyboard will be supplied on the night, but please bring your instruments with you.
- PA, Foldback, mics, power etc supplied on the night
- Open Mic performances will be from 5pm - 7pm.
- From 7pm onward the house band will jam out.
- Anyone is welcome to join the open jams, no sign up required.
