Sound & Soma is a restorative afternoon designed specifically for those experiencing stress-related exhaustion, nervous system depletion, and emotional overload.

Unwind through the combined practices of restorative yoga & regenerative somatic movement, accompanied by live sound healing. This experience offers a practical and powerful reset for those carrying the exhaustion of a life that never stops.

If you’re here, your body is likely already whispering to you.
Craving softness.
Begging for stillness.

Sound & Soma is an invitation into that stillness.

Led by somatic coach and embodiment guide Hunny Grace Dempsey, alongside multi-instrumental sound healer Lucas Bonafé, this deeply restorative afternoon is specifically for those living with burnout, stress, recurrent tension, chronic exhaustion, or overwhelm.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, regulated, and reconnected.
Expect:

? A sound journey of didgeridoo, handpan, shruti box & more
