Whether you're seeking self-care, social connection, or simply an hour to unwind, this weekly class offers a playful yet nourishing blend of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga, supporting both strength and restoration.

Join us for Yoga Flow on the Solar Lawn at Howard Park each Wednesday, guided by Lindsey Frick @flowwithfrick. A motivator and mentor for movers of all experience levels - she is excited to offer outdoor yoga to the community for a fifth season.
