The perfect class for you and your little!

Moms with little one’s ages Newborn to 3 years old, bring your little ones out to our new and exciting Mommy and Me Healthy Movement Class!

During this stage of Motherhood, it is important to keep your little one mobile and active, incorporating movement for newborns and toddlers alike! In this 30-minute fitness and movement class, you will experience a strengthening bond through shared activities with your little one, while making meaningful connections in your community.

Raising little ones takes a village, help your little one learn new skills while maintaining overall physical wellness for Mommy and Little Ones. Together we can find joy in movement, in a fun-loving and nurturing environment.
