DTSB Summer Fitness Series - June 7

The DTSB Summer Fitness Series returns to the Gridiron June 7!

Enjoy free fitness classes led by local, certified instructors in the heart of downtown South Bend!

Classes will take place every Saturday morning on the Gridiron with yoga at 8 am, Zumba at 9 am, and a variety of other fitness classes like Pilates, Barre, Hip Hop, and more at 10 am.

On June 7 the following classes will be offered:
Yoga at 8 am with Kimmi Troy from Beacon Health & Fitness
Zumba at 9 am with Olga Hodgetts from Eastlake Granger
Boot Camp at 10 am with Jessica Garretson of Elite Performance Center

The Summer Fitness Series continues through August 30. Participants should dress in appropriate clothing and footwear and bring adequate fluids.

Free parking is available on the street and in the Leighton Parking Garage. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be canceled. Check the DTSB Facebook page for updates.
