My ongoing 3rd Friday Community Rhythms Class takes place in Soquel Village, CA at The Congregational Church of Soquel (the white church with the steeple). We'll be in the Parrish Hall. 4951 Soquel Dr., Soquel, CA
I provide percussion instruments, and bring your own favorites.
All levels of experience are most welcome at this family-friendly event!
I give a few fun and easy tips on playing the instruments for beginners, and how to use rhythm as a playful, positive Life Practice by getting into a powerful groove personally and as a community... and then I guide the group on a step-by-step Rhythm Journey!
