So, we’re introducing something new. Join us for The Shared Table: A Cookbook Supper collective right here at NTTC.
Every other month we’ll choose a cookbook, cook from its pages, and come together at one long table to share, taste, and discuss.
This month our cookbook is the Half Baked Harvest Super Simple Cookbook by Tieghan Gerard, and our focus is comfort food!

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Hands-On: Cook alongside the Chef as you follow step-by-step instructions to create your own dishes. The Chef is there as your instructor, guiding you through techniques and answering any questions along the way.
Location: First and Second floor: Please note that our second floor is ONLY accessible via stairs.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
Experience Options
General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
