Join us for a special Southern Maryland Stuffed Ham demonstration with St. Mary’s County native Darren Dahlstrom. On Thursday, April 9, Darren will share the history, techniques, and secrets behind this iconic regional dish in a lively, informative class celebrating local culinary heritage.

What To Expect
Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor.
Length: Approximately 3 hours.
Format: Demonstration: The Chef will showcase how to prepare select dishes while you observe. Volunteers may be invited to assist, and questions are always welcome throughout the class.
Location: First floor.
Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.
