Let go of stress and frustration: How to calm your mind and find some peace

This 4 week course will explain reliable meditation techniques and practices for daily life that will enable us to reduce stress, frustration and irritation.

Each class includes practical advice from Buddhist wisdom and guided meditations.

It is great for beginners as well as those with experience.

WHOLE COURSE £24 or £8.50 per class

Monday – 16th June – The peace of acceptance
Monday – 23rd June – Forgiving yourself and others
