Pasta Ravioli Culinary Class

In this immersive pasta-making class, students learned to craft a variety of traditional filled pasta shapes—including agnolotti, cappelletti, tortellini, and classic ravioli. Using fresh dough and flavorful fillings like cheese, seasonal vegetables, and creamy ricotta, each participant mastered shaping and sealing techniques that bring Italian cuisine to life. Delicious sauces and a hearty green salad with sourdough bread make this meal memorable.
