POP UP: Summer Solstice: fire + flow

Celebrate the peak of light with a vibrant, energizing and playful practice designed to align with the Summer Solstice. This Katonah-inspired class will incorporate breathwork, gentle inversions and backbends to cultivate strength and outward expansion.
Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we’ll focus on the Heart and Small Intestine meridians— balancing the fire element, fostering clarity and opening channels for joy and connection.

This is an extended, all-levels class and will be sequenced in a "slow burn" format; expect to hold postures for longer periods of time to deepen your awareness of alignment and find playful movement in each pose. Props will be used throughout to help support your practice.

We’ll harness the solstice’s fiery energy to illuminate our own inner radiance. Step into summer with intention, power and play!
