Introduction to the TRE® Method – 4-Week Series Starting July 8th

Join us for a step-by-step introduction to Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) – a gentle, body-based method to release deep tension and restore calm.

When:

• Starting Tuesday, July 8th at 6:00 PM

One module each week – attend either time slot per week!

Where: Studio Eleven, Boyle

Price: €50 for all 4 classes

Over four weeks, you’ll be guided through the core principles and practices of the TRE® method – ideal for beginners and anyone seeking natural, body-based stress release.
