Morning Mobility Workshop Series

Get your morning off to an energized start every other Tuesday! Each workshop will be instructed by our Doctor of Physical Therapy inside of our beautiful physical therapy space located in Olde Towne! Workshops are a great way to motivate your mind to listen to your body. Each session will involve evidence-based health education and therapeutic movement techniques geared towards optimizing a certain area of the body. We start at the top (Head/Neck Region) with the first session and work our way down (Foot/Ankle Region) with each successive workshop throughout the 7-part series, and then repeat. Join us at anytime throughout the series every other Tuesday morning, and Improve How You Move!

$20 per person. Spots are limited - sign up early!

May 27 - Elbow, Wrist/Hand
June 10 - Mid and Lower Back
June 24 - Hip/SI Joint
July 8 - Knee
July 22 - Ankle/Foot
