Let's Talk About Mental Health! - MIND training

❔ Can we talk openly about mental health?
❔ How can we deal with mental health challenges?
❔ Why is getting to know our emotions important?
❔ How to build resilience to cope with the challenges?

🧠 MIND training is designed to answer these questions and create a safe space for youth to touch the topic of mental health. Through interactive activities we can learn and discuss together.

🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ Who are we looking for? Young people interested in the topic, ready to break the ice about the topic that is still being a taboo and motivated to take part in two-days training.

Dates: 25-26.06.2025 (Wednesday & Thursday)
Time: 16:30-19:00
Place: VCS office, Marko Cepenkov 28b
