A 6-week Summer SAPS program designed to build a solid foundation of athletic performance while preparing you for your sports seasons.
Program Focus:
Speed Development: Learn more efficient running mechanics
Agility Training: We jump, we sprint, we cut, and we have fun with drills that challenge and grow athleticism.
Power Building: Enhance explosive movements critical for jumping, throwing, and quick bursts of athletic performance
Strength Foundation: Gain age-appropriate strength through proper technique and progressive training methods

It's one thing to be athletically trained, but it adds a whole other element to KNOW you're strong and powerful. Our coaches emphasize this mental aspect of performance alongside physical development.
Coaches:
Dan Flanick brings over 20 years of combined playing and coaching experience to the program. With a B.S. in Exercise Science from Ithaca College (where he graduated #1 in his class) and a Master's in Sport Pedagogy, Dan's expertise is unmatched in youth athletic development. His impressive background includes:
- Strength & Conditioning Coach graduate internship at Cornell University, working with Division I baseball, football, basketball, track and field, and equestrian athletes
- Graduate Assistant at Baylor University, a top 10 Division I program, where he trained football, tennis, acrobatics & tumbling, and cross-country athletes
- Trained over 1,000 youth & college athletes
- 15 years of experience coaching sports & strength & conditioning
- Nationally published write for Strength & Conditioning websites
- Former Strength Training Podcast Co-Host with tens of thousands of downloads and thousands of listeners - Baker Barbell Podcast

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 11:45AM-12:45PM
Ages: 12+
Limited Enrollment: Program capped at 12 participants to ensure personalized attention
