Born to Sudanese parents and raised in Ohio, Ahmed Gallab of Sinkane has paved his own way, defying odds and surpassing expectations. With eight albums and an illustrious career as a composer, producer, and band leader, he has orchestrated remarkable projects. Sinkane fuses elements of Sudanese pop with American funk and indie rock to create music inspired by his unique experiences.
