The Questions We Need to Ask...
Why do traditional approaches to healing often fall short? Despite decades of conventional therapy and medication, why do many continue to struggle with the deeper imprints of trauma and dis-ease?
What happens in our nervous system when we're stuck in old patterns? How does our biology keep us trapped in cycles that our conscious mind wants to break free from?
What if healing isn't about fixing what's broken—but remembering what's whole? How might understanding our neurophysiology unlock pathways to transformation that have been within us all along?
Workshop Overview:
This immersive 2.5-hour workshop bridges cutting-edge neuroscience with time-tested wisdom traditions to offer a revolutionary approach to healing and personal transformation. Moving beyond conventional talk therapy and symptom management, we'll explore how trauma and dis-ease manifest in the nervous system and provide practical, evidence-based tools to facilitate genuine transformation. We will provide breathwork and sound therapy to give you the experience of transformation and healing firsthand.
What You'll Experience:
Through a powerful blend of science-based education and experiential practices, participants will:
- Understand the neurobiological foundations of trauma and how these imprints manifest as physical sensations, emotional patterns, and limiting beliefs
- Decode the language of your nervous system and learn to recognize when you're operating from survival states versus growth states
- Discover how breathwork acts as a neurobiological hack that can interrupt stress cycles and access deeper states of presence
- Recognize victim, rescuer, and persecutor patterns in yourself and learn to shift into creator, coach, and challenger energies
- Experience practical tools for self-regulation that can be applied in daily life to transform your relationship with stress, anxiety, and emotional triggers
- Learn how to "hold space" effectively for your own healing journey and for others, without falling into common traps
- How to use breathwork, sound and evolutionary mindset for transformation and healing.
Why This Approach Works:
This workshop integrates findings from polyvagal theory, trauma research, and contemplative practices to create a comprehensive approach to healing that addresses:
- The role of the autonomic nervous system in perpetuating or healing trauma
- How to access embodied wisdom rather than relying solely on cognitive understanding
- The power of presence and co-regulation in the healing process
- Practical applications of neuroscience that honor both ancient wisdom and modern research
Who This Is For:
This workshop is designed for those seeking deeper understanding and practical tools for their own healing journey, as well as practitioners, coaches, and leaders who want to better support others through transformation. No prior knowledge of neuroscience or psychology is required—just an open mind and willingness to explore both the science and lived experience of transformation.
What Makes This Different:
Unlike approaches that focus solely on managing symptoms or analyzing past events, this workshop provides a framework for understanding how a mind, body and spirit approach is foundational of true healing while offering practical, accessible tools for immediate integration. We honor both the science and the sacred, creating a space where transformation isn't just discussed—it's experienced on deep levels.
This event is suitable for all levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket and journal.
