Chakra Vinyasa

Join us Saturday mornings for a dynamic and awakening Vinyasa flow, where each week we focus on one of the seven chakras—cycling through every seven weeks for a deeper exploration of each energy center.

Through breath, movement, and intention, you’ll journey through the body's energetic system, bringing balance and alignment to your mind, body, and spirit.

Each class begins with a short 5-10 minute lecture, offering insight into the chakra of the week—so feel free to bring a journal!

Expect an invigorating flow that builds skills and gradually progresses toward advanced asana.

Whether you’re looking to feel more grounded, open-hearted, or inspired, this practice invites you to reconnect with your inner flow.
