Ready to stay active, healthy and flexible?
We invite you to come join us for Sunrise Stretch & Snack, a fun and free monthly flexibility class designed especially for seniors!
What to Expect:
Gentle stretching and flexibility exercises to help you stay active and improve mobility.
A healthy snack after class to fuel your day and keep you feeling great.
When: 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2:00pm
Where: Sunrise Health Center Indoor Park
Our goal is to help you feel your best while having fun and connecting with others.
