Join me for a day of self-discovery and tranquillity amidst the stunning landscapes of Sintra.

This unique hiking experience combines ceremony, meditation, nature immersion, and sacred medicine to help you find clarity and inner peace.

It is a unique opportunity to disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll work with ceremonial dosages for a deeper, more profound journey. 🍄🍫

This is an extraordinary experience that goes beyond walking in nature. It nourishes your soul, fosters deep connections, and lights the fire in your heart and mind.

By the end of the experience, you'll leave with a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation for life.

What to Expect:

• Grounding and Intention Setting: Begin your adventure with a grounding meditation and set intentions for a day of discovery and connection.
• Silent Reflection in Nature: After taking the medicine, we’ll walk in silence to a beautiful, secluded spot in nature, where you can lie down and go within, connecting deeply with yourself to find the answers you need.
• Immerse into connection and reflection: In the second part of the day, you’ll slowly emerge from the chrysalis into breathtaking vistas and connect with your fellow journeyers.
• Integration: We will reflect on the day’s insights and experiences at the end of our hike. This is a time for sharing and supporting each other. We’ll explore ways to integrate these experiences into daily life, using practical tools to carry the magic into our everyday lives and relationships.

What to bring:

👖 Warm layers to move in (the temperature fluctuates greatly in Sintra!)

🧥 Rain jacket (I also have waterproof ponchos for you)

🗺 Scarf, blanket, or towel to wrap around yourself

👀 Eyemask or similar to cover your eyes

🎒 Backpack

📝 Pen & journal/paper

🥾 Comfortable shoes/boots

💦 Water bottle (aim to bring 1 litre)

🥗 Lunch

😋 Plenty of snacks and fruits

How to get there:

🚙 Carpool/Uber/Bolt

🚂 +🚙 Take the train from Lisbon to Portela de Sintra and then take an Uber or Bolt from the station to the meeting point.

🚂+🚶Take the train from Lisbon to Sintra St. and then walk 25 min to the meeting point.

I’m Martin, an ex-elite kickboxer, psychotherapy practitioner, and coach with a deep love for nature. I have guided 81+ walks with 700+ participants in the last four years.

My trauma-informed approach, rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and inclusivity, ensures a safe and supportive space for all.

I support individuals in disconnecting from the noise of daily life and reconnecting with themselves.
