Melt Into Mindfulness: Yoga + Candle Making Workshop

Get ready to Flow, Glow, and Melt during this special yoga workshop in which you will be able to make your very own candle with visiting instructor/candle maker Sara Nicole of Sol Alchemy in Colorado and our very own MYCC instructor Liz.

This workshop begins with expert guidance in creating your own candle in which you can infuse your intentions and commitments, before a delicious slow-flow vinyasa class that melts into yin and mindfulness practice. By the time you're finished moving your candle will be set and you'll be ready to take it home to enjoy and remember the experience every time you light it.

The fee for this special workshop is $40 and includes all materials for your candle and yoga/meditation experience. Bring a mat (or borrow one of ours) and wear cozy clothing suitable for movement and relaxation.
