Class Description
Join us for a gentle and grounding 3-week journey designed to support your whole being—body, mind, and spirit—through the healing power of sound. In these challenging and often overwhelming times, it's more important than ever to reconnect with practices that nourish and restore.
Each week, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound healing experience, weaving together the calming vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs with simple, supportive practices such as breathwork, guided meditation, and gentle movement. These sessions are designed to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate inner peace and resilience.
Whether you’re feeling emotionally tender, energetically depleted, or simply in need of a loving reset, this series offers a safer and nurturing space to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
All are welcome—no experience with sound healing necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded and centered.
