Join Dionne for a midday, mindful moment with your little one.

Mama's and Little Ones (aged 3-5 years) can expect a fun and relaxed morning of playful yoga poses, partner games and some lovely relaxation together.

We'll finish with some Christmas craft for little ones and a cuppa and mince pie for Mamas. A chance to pause during the busy, Christmas festivities and connect with your little one.
