Yin Yoga and Sound Bath with Lizzie Daley

Join Lizzie Daley for these very popular evenings of Yin Yoga and Sound.

Yin is a slower paced style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time... It is a passive practice that involves variations of seated and supine poses accessing deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue) and encouraging a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

Various instruments including Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs and percussion will be played to trigger the relaxation response in body, mind and spirit.
