❄️❄️ Yoga and Yoga Nidra For The Winter Solstice with Jenna Blair ❄️❄️

Join Jenna for one of her popular extended Yin Yoga classes on a Sunday afternoon.

You will journey through a grounding floor-based Yin Yoga sequence followed by a Yoga Nidra meditation to acknowledge and celebrate the Winter Solstice. Expect a calming, grounding time on your mat to allow you to settle and recentre. A moment to pause at a busy time of year.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is know as "yogic sleep", an accessible form of guided meditation practiced lying down in a comfortable shape. You will simply tune in to Jenna's voice as she guides you through this simple yet often very relaxing meditation technique.

All are welcome.
