Gentle Yoga with Jenna Blair - Belle Vue Arts Festival

Jenna began using the phrase “Gentle Yoga” when she first started teaching yoga in September 2019. She wanted to find a word to describe the practice she offered, that everyone would understand, particularly those completely new to it. Jenna’s aim has always been to deliver sessions that are gentle in content, and gentle in approach.

A Gentle Yoga class is a guided small group practice perfect for beginners and more experienced yogis alike - move your body, use your breath and find some stillness within. These are accessible classes with plenty of options and variations to choose from - zero pressure is involved, and rest is encouraged.

Jenna would love to welcome you to practice with her on Thursday 12 June in our wonderful space as part of Belle Vue Arts Festival.
